At Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish, we are honored to help families prepare their children to receive the sacraments. Through our parish Faith Formation program, children grow in their understanding of God’s love, learn about the teachings of the Church, and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ. Preparation for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion typically takes place during the second grade, with classes and activities that involve both children and their families. If a child has missed the usual preparation time, the parish will gladly work with the family to help them prepare and receive the sacraments. Our goal is to support parents as the primary teachers of the faith and to welcome children into the full sacramental life of the Church.
